The Bellagio Boutique Venue illustrated nothing but class and over delivered on all expectations, from our initial meeting to the very last moment of our wedding reception. The food was presented very well and tasted fantastic. They were able to accommodate every single guest’s meal request and executed flawlessly. The bar was stocked and our 400 guests never had to wait in line for a single drink; some of the most efficient bartenders I’ve seen and always happy to serve! The staff was constantly attentive and illustrated a consistent willingness to go above and beyond even for the most simplest requests. From Tino’s simple question of “Anything I can get you?” to a staff member assuming that the bride did not eat and packing a to go meal at 2am! Ramy was able to deliver a vision that created a wedding that was unique, representative of our personalities and most importantly personable and FUN! Thank you so very much for making Rachel's Bat Mitzvah on June 15, 2003 such a success. You made the party such a wonderful occasion. The kids (and adults) danced all night and these are kids are who are going to 1-2 Bar\Bat Mitzvah's each weekend. Your unlimited energy and ability to interact so well with the audience was responsible for helping to make Rachel's Bat Mitzvah party so much fun. You really must be commended on surrounding yourself with such hard working professionals. Lucas was the best DJ I have ever worked with. He had orchestrated an event that was spectacular each step of the way. From the way he arranged my son's entrance into the room, to the energy he displayed throughout the evening, he carried that party all night long. Truly, all the guests commented about him, he didn't stop dancing and rousing everyone! He was constantly "on", and I believe the adults danced as much if not more than the kids! He is kind and well versed in his profession, all in, an absolute pleasure to be around. I certainly hope you get a lot more business out of this party; you all deserve the success you enjoy. Don't know who I've thanked and who not, so informally I want to say thank you for making Michael's Bar Mitzvah such a wonderful party. I had lots of fun and so did everyone else!! The pace was just right, and the music was great. And I loved the Break Dancers!! What a creative touch! It was a nice focus. If it had been offered to me beforehand, I'd have thought it over the top and said "no" probably, but they were really great, and I really liked the special surprise! Also, Aaron, Jonathan and the girls were all terrific. Thanks so much for your sparking energy!

I can't tell you how many people commented to me on how amazing you are! They said that they would like to bottle your energy and take some for themselves. Everyone was asking your name... getting ready to book their own simchas. And the mommies had a few comments of their own, of a slightly different nature! Lucas, YOU made the party what it was, I only supplied the guests. I can't believe how late everyone was dancing, and how jam packed the dance floor was, ALL NIGHT LONG. I must tell you that Saturday night's party at the Factory was just fantastic and Lucas was amazing. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. He's so high energy and in total control. I know Lisa and Gary and their kids were more then pleased with the evening and really...Lucas was a big part or the evening's success.

My husband Len and I had our wedding reception at the Bellagio on August, 21, 2010. Our experience with the Bellagio began from the minute we walked in July, the year before. We came in the day after Len had proposed because I wanted nothing more than to have our reception at the Bellagio because I LOVED the grand staircase. After meeting with Ramy ( who was very knowledgeable, professional, kind and understanding during our entire experience) Len and I feel even more in love with the place and booked right away. During the year to follow Ramy and other staff members kept in touch with us and ensured we were all on the same page about all the planning and what Len and I wanted. The staff at the Bellagio were very accommodating as the allowed me to come in and try linens, decor and floral with my large Macedonian/Greek family on numerous occasions. Ramy even invited us in to see an extravagant wedding of friends of his that was being done one Saturday which gave us so many beautiful ideas. We had many questions about the food and the quality/quantity (as this being a huge part of our night for our culture and families) and the Bellagio invited us in for a tasting. Our meal was very delicious and helped us see and taste and see what our meal would be like on the night of our wedding. Not only was this helpful as it allowed us to make some changes but it was also very romantic being the only two people in the entire room having dinner. We felt so special. Such a memorable experience that we will never forget. The day of the wedding was everything we had ever imagined and much more. Ramy and our coordinator met us at the door as soon as we walked in. I had told him that I didn't want anyone to go into the reception area until Len and I had seen it first (decor was a huge part of our day) and he did exactly that. He walked us in and made sure that it was up to our expectations. As we walked around it felt like we were royalty. It was right out of a magazine! Absolutely stunning! During the night the staff was amazing! They were always at our table asking if we wanted anything and were constantly bringing food/drinks back and forth to us. They also made sure all special orders were delivered. Through out the night they would check in with us to make sure everything was ok. At one point I had noticed that a piece of the bow on the cake had broken off and of course my reaction was panic. The server had noticed my reaction and immediately got our coordinator. He assured me that they would do their best to fix it and rolled it in to the back kitchen. Literally five minutes later it was back out and looking perfect! It was unbelievable! Such fast thinking and the ability to deliver made us so grateful! To this day this is a story I share very often. Through out the night, everything was on schedule, the antipasto, dinner and dessert were all amazing and the bar was always packed. Everyone was on the dance floor by 9:00pm and the music by S4 and our band Bisir was just out of this world. Both did a fabulous job! Our last night stations had plenty of selection for people to eat and choose from. Overall, Peter and Paul's and the staff at the Bellagio went above and beyond our expectations. Our friends and family still comment on how our wedding was the best wedding that they had ever been to. Most people mention the professionalism of the staff and how beautiful the hall was. Almost everyone says how they had never seen so much food (that also tasted great!) at a wedding. Nothing feels better than going to a wedding and seeing a relative or a friend that attended our wedding and the first thing they say is "your wedding was the best wedding I have ever been to!" and believe me we hear that a lot. Our experience will forever be memorable to us and our family and friends. We will always be grateful to all of the amazing people that work at the Bellagio for truly delivering the best day of mine and Len's life. Your food stations are simply the best in the area. The freshness and variety cannot be beat by any other venue in the York Region area. You have a very scenic location and you certainly make the most of it. I can't think of a better place to celebrate whether for business or pleasure. I had my wedding at the Paramount on April 15th 2012. We had the most beautiful wedding I could have dreamed of. The staff I dealt with we're so helpful to all my needs and everything ran so smoothly the night of the wedding. They decorate the lobby area so nicely which saves us on having to spend more on flowers etc. the food was amazing. No complaints. It was a night I will remember for the rest of my life.

We had a reunion brunch for 12 people which I had to organize. As always The Manor provided the best service and quality for the price. Needless to say, my guests were very impressed and I was very happy with the results of the day. The venue is beautiful but my thanks go out to your staff – Impeccable service! We definitely will be back for more get togethers.

I had my wedding reception at the Manor on April 21st, 2012 in the Victoria Hall and it was such a great experience. From the moment we walked in to the Manor and met Sales Director Diane, we knew this was a special place. SO friendly, but especially organized and professional. Diane and Jessie made our special day so easy. Our guests raved about the food, and the venue in general. There are great views from the loft hall of the pond and trees outside. The staff was so amazing, actually serving our guests during dinner so that they didn't have to go to the bar. I can't say enough about the food. SO much of it, so much selection - all delicious. I wish I had more pictures of the food. Our bar tender was amazing. I hope one of my guests was inspired to have their own or their children's wedding at the Manor so that I can go as a guest. I would definitely have a shower or family party at the Manor.

We came for a New Year's Eve celebration at Bellagio. I thought it would be the same old type of party and was also worried that we would be among strangers. It turned out that the evening was wonderful. The DJ that was hired for the night was very sociable and got everyone dancing. The service was impeccable. The food was great. At my table, the waiter was very attentive and my water glass was always filled. The different stations were also great. We had the vodka, porchetta and crepes stations and did not have to wait long in line. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I tell everyone about it. Whenever I attend any Bridal Shows, I stop by your booth to express how much I enjoyed the event! Now that my daughter is getting married next year, I made sure that she booked with byPeterandPauls.com at The Manor!

We had our employee recognition ceremony yesterday, Sept 27, 2012 and must say, Tino and his staff were simply outstanding. I volunteered to help out and was there all day and they did everything they could to make us feel welcome and special, even welcoming volunteers with an espresso. Food was excellent, hall was very nice and every time we asked, staff were there to help us. Comments received from guests were very positive. I just wanted to personally thank all the staff for their help and would appreciate your passing my note of appreciation to them. I would rate all the categories above as great.

I have attended many events held by peter and paul. I have been to Paramount, Bellagio and The Manor. By far the most beautiful venue I have ever seen is the Manor! I have gone to the Manor for a wedding, a birthday brunch and for the amazing Halloween Gala! The Manor knows how to throw a party! Every event was decorated to the nines! The staff is always polite, helpful and willing to get you whatever you needed you just have to ask! The service is absolutely impeccable! The food is delicious! Every time I attended an event held at the manor it blows me away!

My family and I attended the Sunday Brunch at the Manor. It was a delightful experience - everything from the welcoming at the front door, to the service, to the food. There was many options for each member of my family to choose from. The music played by the accordionist added to the spectacular atmosphere and ambiance. Thank you for a wonderful Sunday afternoon.

My fiancé and I just booked our wedding at The Manor. We were thrilled with the service that was given to us. It was a toss-up between the manor and another venue, however with Diane's professionalism, patience and the beautiful view we could not book anywhere else but there. Thank you! My fiancé Cristina and I recently attended a wedding reception dinner at Paramount Conference and Event Venue and we were very impressed from the moment we walked in and even today, we continue to look back on our experience and can't help but envision our very own wedding at Paramount next April. The venue looked immaculate and the food was excellent. We would be remiss if we didn't mention the unbelievable service that Marek and his team provided that night. Cristina has a gluten allergy and we know all too well just how scary the risk of being served the incorrect dish or cross contamination can be, especially when the kitchen has to prepare a dinner service for 550 guests. Marek was in control every step of the way and ensured that Cristina received the right dish. He was courteous and addressed all of our concerns. The MC did a good job getting all of the guests involved and the DJ played music that kept everybody coming back to the dance floor. The use of lighting and video added to the great ambiance and atmosphere of the whole evening. We enjoyed the whole evening and we cannot wait to start our new life in style at Paramount on April 6th, 2013. Thank you.

We are planning our winter wedding at the Manor and have been working closely with Diane Matson - she is doing a fantastic job! We were given lots of great suggestions, a full planning package including example seating layouts, day-of schedules and even a handy zip binder to keep everything together! Not only that - Diane took us on a complete tour of the facility, even the levels that were busy being decorated! We visited the head chef and got to see the cooks prepping for a wedding taking place later that day. She has been a great go-to for questions and is always friendly and helpful! We are really looking forward to our big day at the Manor!

We met with Diane Matson to see the Alexander Room. Not only did we fall in love with the space but Diane was an absolute pleasure to work with. We ended up booking the space and are both very excited. I am looking forward to working with Diane as the big day approaches. Thank you for all your help! I could not have imagined a better experience.

I hosted a birthday party for my Mom at the Manor this past Sunday. The food was delicious and offered a great selection to please everyone. The waiters were very personable and offered great service. They were very attentive in ensuring plates were cleared on a timely basis and that drinks were refreshed. Everyone in the party commented on how nice the place was and how great the food was. I would definitely return.

My recent peterandpauls.com experience was fabulous. I was married this past fall at The Manor, and it couldn't have been better. The venue was beautiful, and the staff were well organized and very pleasant to deal with. The only issue I experienced was that of a 'chair-storage fee.' It wasn't felt the venue had 'incurred' a fee for having stored these chairs, as they were probably just put into a side room anyway. I feel it was a penny-pinching on the side of the vendor. Other than that, everything was great, especially the food. Kudos to the chef!

I was recently married and had my reception at The Manor and can say that I was pleased by my overall experience there. The surroundings were fabulous, the staff great to deal with on an ongoing basis, and food was surprisingly delicious. I received many compliments on it. I would recommend an updating of the interior, and suggest improve sound proofing between floors.

I attended an event (wedding reception) catered by PeterandPauls.com held at The Manor. The food was excellent, and the servers were polite and professional. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

I found the atmosphere and design to be extremely pleasant and comfortable. The food was also excellent. Although I rarely provide perfect scores when filling out surveys such as this one, I really don't feel that I can realistically complain about any aspects of the service that was provided on this particular night at this particular venue. The bar service was especially good, and - alongside the main entree of chicken and steak - stood out for me as the highlight of the event.

Just a quick email to say thank you to everyone involved in the Engagement party of my daughter Stephanie last Sunday. Everything was perfect! I’ve since had many phone calls and emails from our guests all commenting on how wonderful the party was and how spectacular your property is. Although all the staff was courteous and very helpful, I would like to comment on one staff member in particular. Our server Kyle was truly outstanding! The service was definitely over and above what we had expected. Thank you again, and hopefully we will have the pleasure of hosting another function at your venue in the near future.

Both Pasquale and Mike exceeded all of our expectations. I was hesitant about hiring out a DJ and MC that I didn’t know but it really worked out well. Everyone that attended my wedding raved about how upbeat and on the ball Pasquale was. He was better than I could ever imagine and made sure both my husband and I were taken care of and everything that needed to be done was completed. DJ Mike played the right music that catered to my guests and everyone had a good time. Both MC and DJ were professional, timely and executed their job perfectly. Thanks to both of them and S4 for helping make our day perfect.

At the very beginning of the planning process, S4 Sound Sensation was very accommodating and friendly. They wanted to make sure that our day was what we wanted. Vito was an AWESOME MC that really made the event fun! He brought everyone together and everyone enjoyed every minute of it. He also made sure that we were on schedule for things like speeches, wedding games and special dances. Pasquale played great music that got everyone moving! Thank you for giving us such a wonderful and FUN wedding!

We are so happy with the entertainment from our wedding! Chris did an amazing job as our MC and made sure to keep our guests going the entire evening. He also made sure that the evening ran smoothly and kept us on top of things. Carlos did an incredible job as our DJ – he ensured that there was a good mix of songs that kept all of out guests on the dance floor – we couldn’t have been happier about this. The wedding had great flow because of their great organization and professionalism. Also, the percussionist that evening really topped the night! We absolutely LOVED it as did all of our guests and we continue to hear how fantastic the percussionist was. The percussionist brought out party up a whole other level and is something unforgettable. Thank you for everything! It was truly a night to remember!

Absolutely amazing, everything went smoothly. The MC was awesome, he would come up and check on us to make sure everything was on schedule and going well. I would highly recommend S4, I went to a family wedding a few years ago at Bellagio and S4 was great and that is why we went with S4 – of course it was just as spectacular! I would recommend that other people not use in house if S4 is not the in house sound company and outsource to S4, well worth any hook up fees they’d have to pay!! Well done, very happy and the feedback from guests has been great! THANK YOU!

Thank you to the S4 Team! Our wedding was wonderful! We had so many compliments from our guests and the dance floor was busy all night. Gary was great, kept everything organized and running smooth. It was so nice to be able to sit back and enjoy our day! Everything went off without a hitch! The music selection was great, played a great variety that kept our guest dancing right until the end. They were able to accommodate our “special entrance” that my husband really wanted and it was well received! Our guests kept telling us that this was the best wedding that they have ever been to! Thank you to all of the staff that helped us get ready for our big day and Gary and Anthony for the outstanding night at the reception!

I just wanted to thank you so much for yesterday. It was wonderful! I wanted to especially point out above everything else, the fantastic service I received from Jim. He was outstanding and was always one step ahead. He observes and takes action where needed immediately and is polite and sweet while doing it. Please let him know that we were very impressed by him. The rest of the staff were also very good and helpful as well.

Also, Lisa, you had everything down to a T!!! You are a very organized person and are well suited for your job. You’re both pros! Thanks you so much for everything, all the guests thoroughly enjoyed it.

I’m speechless and at a loss for words; once again Bellagio and its wonderful staff have really outdone themselves. Our afternoon was awesome and as always we were all BLOWN AWAY by your incredible service. My wife and I were completely overwhelmed with happiness and joy for how pleased we were with everything yesterday.

We just wanted to let you know that our wedding was incredible. Santo and I could not have asked for a better day. The hall was perfect. From the preparation, to the moment of arrival, to the end of the night, everything ran smoothly. Thank you for your organization prior to the wedding day and for leaving nothing out. Ramy was extremely professional and proficient.

When we arrived at the hall and peeked through the curtains we were awestruck. The entire staff of Bellagio set everything up perfectly (and for me, a perfectionist, to say it was perfect is hard but it truly was). The bartenders were always efficient and never ran out of alcohol. The wait staff was professional at serving – they were clean, quick and quiet. The food was incredible and our guests continue to rave about it. Thank you for helping us make our wedding day the most wonderful experience we could have asked for! We have and will continue to recommend Peter & Paul’s establishments, especially Bellagio, to anyone and everyone.

We are both forever grateful and impressed with the dedication to detail, professionalism and overall performance of each of your employees, not to mention both of you... for showing up and personally delivering the 'same day edit' and 'engagement photo frame'. I am a guy who needs perfection, I freak out over everything, I know that I' m demanding and on my wedding day, I met your staff who did not disappoint.

Thank you so much for everything. You guys made us popular! The on-site photo booth was a HIT, everyone loved it. Most of our guests who are on Facebook scanned their photo and are using it as their profile picture. A lot of people thanked us for using it as a Bombonniere!
