byPeterandPauls.com is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to solicit catering business in the corporate market for the byPeterandPauls.com catering division, “Table Talk”. We are looking for a highly aggressive sales person who has relevant experience in the field of catering and catering sales that will grow the company’s portfolio with respect to the corporate markets.
Candidates must have the will have the following qualifications;
- » Thrives on proactive solicitation and enjoys working in a team
and individual environment
- » Must be able to successfully understand and sell all aspects
of catering to the corporate market
- » Has a consistent proactive approach and the ability to
build relationships
- » Enjoys prospecting (cold calling) new accounts and is able
to identify accounts that have a proven consistent need
for catering
- » This position requires strong negotiation skills as well as
good judgment and an understanding of how to close business
- » Must have the ability to work well with other departments
and maintain strong interpersonal relationships both inside
and outside of the office environment
- » Will be responsible to know the organizations competition
and leverage the company’s relative strengths against each
- » Must meet assigned budgets and revenue targets
- » Enjoys participating in industry related events/shows,
and attending events for the purpose of networking
- » Will be required to entertain clients both on and off site
- » Prepare and make tailored presentations and proposals
for prospective clients
The successful candidate must have a minimum of one year of experience in a sales related position.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Will have a strong knowledge of computers.
This position is salary based with a bonus plan and benefits.
