This is Sarah’s Story: What is my worst New Year’s story?? It was last year. I was engaged to be married June 2, 2007, and just 2 days away from New Year’s Eve I discovered that my fiancé had been cheating on me. I was devastated, depressed and hurt so I decided to spend it home alone, but by mid day all my friends had begged me to come out so I could get my mind off of everything, eventually I agreed. As it turned out, my ex fiancé found out about the party I was at so he decided to show up just to make my life a living hell for not forgiving him and for calling off the wedding. Once I got away from him, I ran to my car and drove straight to the hotel & little did I know he was tailing me the whole way. When I arrived at the hotel, he blocked my car and wouldn’t let me out until I spoke to him. When I locked my doors, he broke my window down and forced himself into the car, while I cried for my life and pleaded for him to stop and to calm down. I agreed to speak with him outside, thinking it would calm his nerves but things only got worse. After I told him that I hate him and I would not marry him, he destroyed my car completely - that’s when the hotel called the cops and he was arrested.
 
After all this I decided to go home, so in tears, I called my sister and asked her to come and get me. I didn’t think things could get any more horrible, but they did. My sister ended up getting into a car accident with a drunk driver.
 
I couldn’t believe what had just happened. I was miserable and depressed for several months. Eventually I finally started to come back to reality. I was working again, eating, laughing, and smiling... I even met someone who I am absolutely in love with and treats me like a queen!!!!!! I have never been so happy which is why I wanted to bring in this New Years with a bang! I have always heard how incredible byPeterandPauls.com parties are which is why I tried getting tickets to attend this year but to my disappointment, I was too late.
 
I would love nothing more than to spend this New Year’s with you guys, the man I love, my friends and family!!!!!!
