Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal driven Director of Sales with a knowledge of entertainment and AV to manage our sales and detailing team. We are a dynamic team who is passionate about all things audio-visual and are looking for an outgoing professional with a track record of success! In this role you will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining high levels of customer service. You will be creating and maintaining relationships with customers to build and provide further growth of current business. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining the company standards and policies throughout Sales and Detailing departments. High levels of professionalism and confidentiality in this role is required while promoting; S4 Entertainment & Audio Visual and brand aligning with the core values of the company.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Facilitate S4’s weekly social & corporate production meetings with Operations Manager
  • Facilitate weekly sales meeting with sales & detailing team
  • Generate new revenue streams for S4 via new product sales, entertainment suppliers, mobile sales etc.
  • Create and implement policies and procedures for Sales & Detailing departments
  • Generate weekly, monthly & yearly sales reports and set yearly targets for sales team
  • Assist with accounting by approving invoices pertaining to Cross Rental Equipment & Live Entertainment prior to payment
  • Administrative work pertaining to this role
  • Facilities bi-annual meetings alongside Talent Manager with Talent to ensure they are up holding S4 policies and procedures
  • Implement a yearly review with all sales and detailing employees
  • Work closely with senior management to implement S4 visions and policies
  • Ensure all sales accounts are reviewed and maximised at all time
  • Approve and verify all sales managers proposals/contracts are correct in line with policies and pricing
  • Increase the ratio of sold vs. lost contracts
  • Manage elevated issues with clients that your sales team cannot handle with respect to pricing, complaints, and customer service
  • Ensure all pricing for equipment/packages are current for the market
  • Create incentives for clients and packages that are easy sells customized to each property
  • Ensure social media, website etc.…are all up to date and makes sense
  • Ensure you provide up to date selling tools, and promotional material for all entertainment/packages
  • Ensure each sales manager has clear discretion, sales targets and support
  • Hold sales team accountable for all missteps
  • Any Administration work pertaining to this role
