The Role

Bellagio Boutique Event Venue is looking for an Operations Manager . This position is available immediately and will be an important asset to the Bellagio team. We are looking for a candidate with relevant orsimilar experience that is eager to elevate their current career in operations. The main responsibility of our Operations Manager is to assist the General Manager in the operation of food and beverage, to support, train and coach the operations team, and to ensure an exceptional level of service to the guests.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ensure successful operations of all catering functions to a high standard.
  • Ordering and controlling of all liquor beer and wine.
  • Ordering of all table linen as requested by the organizer.
  • Scheduling of all waiting and bar staff.
  • Identify and execute training requirements for all departments.
  • Review and oversee all front of house budgets
  • Oversee all set ups for each event to ensure high standards.
  • To successfully run functions, ensuring a consistent and high level of service. To ensure that all areas operate to the same standards and systems and highlight any discrepancies.
  • Ensure payroll is submitted to the accounts manager on a biweekly basis
  • Oversee the maintenance of Bellagio and report and fix any deficiencies
  • To support the house management in any activity that is required
  • To inspect all banquet areas for cleanliness and maintenance on a regular basis.
  • Review all catering trends.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At Least 5 Years Experience in the Hospitality Industry
