The Administrative Event and Sales Coordinator is part of the TAM Team (Total Account Management Sales Team, which is the regional corporate sales team for PNP) and reports directly to the Manager of Corporate Event Logistics. This position acts as a liaison between the Corporate Sales Team and the Logistics Team, led by the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. This individual is responsible for aiding the Manager of Corporate Event Logistics with administrative tasks including but not limited to processing contracts and payments, maintaining and updating the events calendar, regularly updating and circulating various reports to the events team, and ensuring all shared platforms, servers and communications are kept up to date and in an orderly fashion, monthly sales reports, and assisting Vice Present of Sales and Marketing with various tasks.
This individual should pride themselves on their organizational and time management skills, as well as be able to work both independently without supervision and as part of a team. This individual will also partake in weekly Sales Meetings and be assigned to tasks and projects to help further elevate the TAM Team and its processes and procedures. This individual is tasked with keeping the status of all upcoming and past events up-to-date and communicated to the team when required.
*This position provides proper training to elevate your career to an Events Manager with PNP, and career elevation will be given to this candidate should a role of this nature become available and a minimum of 6 months of employment be completed.
