The Line Cook, is an integral part of the culinary team, responsible for all food preparation and service with a level of commitment and dedication that will guarantee a high level of consistency, quality and service that will meet and exceed the level of expectations of our guests. The line cook reports directly to the Head chef and is responsible for the food preparations to prescribed recipes and specifications outlined by the executive chef.
