We are looking for bartenders that have operational excellence and integrity, that can perform under pressure without compromise, that crave high volume, and can always provide outstanding service for the guest.

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Experience in a high-volume cocktail service (making classics and proprietary drinks)
• Multitask
• Being well organized and having the ability to plan ahead
• A genuine passion for Food, Wine, Spirits, Cocktails
• Basic Knowledge of Espresso Machine
• Experience with mixology, menu development, and product preparation
• Team driven with genuine guest focused hospitality; creating regulars as well as rapport with new guests
• Able to manage a high volume of guests alone, and with shared support
• Exceptional coffee knowledge and skill
