Content and Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

We're looking for a creative, social, performance-driven Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to help in our in house media department. The Ideal candidate will have Administrative, Social Media and/or Junior Marketing experience. You will lead the conversation around our events, various event venues and restaurants as the leading hospitality group in the GTA. You a hardworking and driven individual with a high sense of aesthetic, passion for storytelling and love for content creation. We are looking for a dynamic talent that thrives in a social environment with strong administration skills

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the general administration of the Engine 8 media department as required by the VP of Sales and Marketing
  • Collect Invoices from various platforms and reconcile on a monthly basis with accounting
  • Schedule and facilitate Engine 8 daily meetings
  • Project manage the various graphic and website design projects for Engine 8 media
  • Organize the timeline and schedule of various graphic, marketing and web projects, designs, promotions etc.
  • Coordinate the printing of graphic design material as required
  • Coordinate the distribution of print material as required
  • Coordinate the monthly marketing plan and project manage the plan for the VP of Sales and Marketing
  • Assist with the management of all Peter and Paul's assets with respect to Google reviews
  • Assist the Social Media Manager in the content creation all Peter & Paul's Hospitality Group social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn daily
  • Coordinate with Social Media Manager the events calendar to ensure consistent event coverage and content
  • Assist Social Media Manager boost social media presence across all platforms and strategically come up with ways to ensure company is seen by new viewers
  • Monitor user engagement and be able to suggest content optimization
  • Rotate around our venues and services to obtain consistent coverage and content

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a Content Creator or similar role
  • 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, Pinterest
  • Availability to work a flex schedule on evenings and weekends
  • Must have proven ability to create visually appealing and creative Instagram stories, Instagram Reels, Tik Tok videos
  • Must have excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to operate in a high paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Photography and Videography knowledge is not a requirement but an asset
  • Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge is not a requirement but an asset
