Customer Services Representative

May include but are not limited to:

  • Receive & process orders in SAGE software system, that come in via web/phone/emails and via sales reps including creation of work order, coordinating with production and courier for delivery
  • Answering customer service calls and taking orders over the phone
  • Offer customer service assistance with respect to offering suggestions on gift ideas, add on sells, dealing with customers concerns and tracking packages for customers
  • Liaise with couriers to obtain shipping quotes and/or to book special deliveries
  • Updating customer and salesperson databases including creating new customer codes when required and assigning sales reps
  • Invoicing orders in a timely manner


  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Knowledge of SAGE 300 ERP preferred but not mandatory
  • Able to speak comfortably on the phone answering customer inquiries
  • Effective communication skills including experience in customer service
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Focused and observant with attention to detail
  • Willingness to assist others, and take the initiative to go above and beyond role expectations

Seasonal Full Time (September to December) 9am – 5pm, with some alternative shifts available after November 15th.
