Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a highly creative, well organized individual who has an exceptional level of branding and digital marketing skills. This individual will oversee and execute the marketing plan for with a focus on integrating all PNP divisions develop and see to market new campaigns that cross promote our retail acquisitions (including restaurants, event spaces, wholesale business), provide sales reporting, manage account relationships and provide a high level of creativity in leveraging and proactively finding opportunities within the existing banner of companies.This individual must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment. This individual will report to VP of Sales and Marketing and work closely with a cross functional team that supports PNP New acquisitions, marketing strategy and overall branding touchpoints to consumers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute all key brand initiatives in-store and online within specific accounts.
  • Ensure directives are met and tools are developed and stay with in budgetary parameters.
  • Work with cross functional teams including graphic designer and webmaster and any Ecommerce providers (in house/external) to ensure our brand voice is clearly communicated & cohesive across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Assist design team with storytelling through all marketing initiatives and activations.
  • Oversee and plan all social media strategy leveraging all platforms and providing organic growth
  • Manage omni-channel programs. Responsible for building and executing plans while staying within budgetary parameters and working with marketing members to execute on plan.
  • Manage all outside agency and vendor relationships related to the execution of online for multiple divisions.
  • Manage seasonal/account specific point of sale programs by interpreting key campaigns/strategies that incorporate the themes into point of sale displays (through bricks and mortar), ecommerce, graphics and online.
  • Review brand reputation online and devise strategy on how to improve ratings and reviews.
  • Assist in recruiting process
  • Organize and update website content
  • Work with the graphic design team to help deliver content that meets brand standards
  • Lead key messaging and copy writing for digital and print marketing materials
  • Work with marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks


  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing or Related Field
  • 2+ years' marketing or advertising experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Strong formal and creative writing skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
