Served with an Aged Balsamic Dressing, Caesar Dressing & a Berry Vinaigrette

  • Chef will prepare “Live” for guests to enjoy
  • Prepared “Mini Entrée” Style, Garlic Roasted Halibut Filet with a Roasted
  • Red Pepper Pesto Served atop Warm Beluga Lentils Braised with Mirepoix
